How to make a purchase: complete and submit an order form.

How to make the payment: by Paypal or by bank transfer.
We operate by a single electronically mode by means of the payment system of Pay Pal company. Follow the procedure that you are given by their system. Pay Pal is now believed to be the solely responsible for the transaction and the security of your personal data in their procedure.
Otherwise you can send a bank transfer, following the directions that are shown on the order form.
What we do: we answer with an e-mail of Acceptance.
Following of your order we evaluate the accuracy of your data and send you a notice of acceptance of your order, bringing out all the data and the conditions relating to the product purchased and the procedure of delivery or refund in case of withdrawal; furthermore you will have all the details if you need to communicate by e-mail or phone for any
Withdrawal Policy: you have 14 days to decide.
Within 14 days from the date of delivery of the purchased goods to your home, you can cancel the purchase and request the procedure of withdrawal and refund.
Send an e-mail to email@example.com with the subject: "Withdrawal Article", indicating: product, quantity, date of purchase, date of delivery and attach a copy of the receipt; or call the phone number 0039-3489031764 to guide you in the return process.
We will give course, at no cost to you chargeable, to recall the product from the home in which you have been given, using the same shipping company entrusted, lifting you from any liability for loss or damage; please make yourself available for the withdrawal of the product, which must occur within 14 days of sending your e-mail communication of withdrawal. We will refund you in the same manner in which you have made the payment and for the following conditions:
1 FULL REFUND: preserves the pack and all present in it, return the product in the same package without altering it, and take care not to use the product, that must not show any alteration.
2 PARTIAL REFUND: in case of alterations -product or packaging- or some part included in the pack is missing, we will offer you a refund less from 10% to 90% to the purchase price. Depending on the conditions we encountered in the good, that we document in a report including a settlement refunding proposal that we will send you.
3 REPLACEMENT: we do not allow the simultaneous replacement of a product with a different one; you will need to start the process of withdrawal and subsequently make a new purchase.
TIMING: more than 14 days after delivery of the product at your home, the Withdrawal right is considered expired.
Acceptancing of your Withdrawal right, all our operations -answer, refund, settlement proposal- should take place within 14 days of receipt of the good subject to withdrawal at our office.
In the absence of agreement we will aim to make common reference to the service RisolviOnline provided by the Chamber of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan.
Warranty: 2 years.
Our products are guaranteed for possible damages resulting from the proper use and handling of our products. In the event of such failures due to the lack of quality materials and components, we will be sure to replace without charge, the damaged component.
