Collective does not require the transfer of personal data, and allows the free navigation of its website. Failure to provide however does not allow the activation of the service for online purchase of products. The Information service is possible even without any contribution by means of the telephone number listed in the Contact section.

Please notice: submitting of your personal information to the service of sales on-line, is considered as a valid acceptance of: product price, shipping cost, conditions of sale set out in section.

Scope and Method of treatment
Personal data is transferred by means of filling out form dedicated to the service required, in a strictly necessary way to complete it.

All data will be processed by Collective with criteria of confidentiality and security measures for their protection, extended to the staff responsible for processing and to the information systems, in compliance with the minimum requirements set out in art. 33 of the said Code.

In particular, the personal data transferred to other entities involved in the service requested, shall be communicated by means of secure connections.

Your rights
Anyone who has given personal data can always ask for information about their existence and origin, and in any case obtain the correction, updating, or blocking and cancellation, sending an e-mail to collective@collective-online.it with the subject "My personal data".

Collective undertakes to comply within the legal deadline releasing a subsequent written statement.

When required by law, at the request of the police, to protect its image and pursuant to the rules of the Italian Code of Industrial Property, Collective use their right to communicate personal data to the competent authority, anyone result to be in clearly violation of the laws of the Italian State and of the European Union. Collective is a registered trademark in U.I.B.M -Italian Office Patents and Trademarks- owned by Forloni Marco company. 

Who is your data manager
Collective is a registered trademark of Forloni Marco that is the manager allowed to handle personal data.

The full list of the names and data of the manager, the responsible staff, the shipping company and a copy of this policy may be required at any time by sending an e-mail to collective@collective-online.it with the subject: "Privacy policy".

Other entity that is the data manager of the person who requested the service of sales on-line is PAY PAL, in the case of electronic payment, that is the intermediary company responsible for this procedure, which operates according to verified criteria of confidentiality and security, which should be consulted for their specific political issues and responsibilities regarding the protection of personal data.
